DOMO Group Pty Ltd ("DOMO", "we") provides property repair, safety check and cleaning services in Melbourne. This notice explains how we handle personal information sent to us through this website.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, property suburb and the details in your message.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes
- To arrange and carry out the services you or your agency request
- To keep a record of our communication with you
We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing. If you are an agency client, we may send you our monthly newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who handles it
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Cloudflare, which also provides spam protection, and delivered to our team by our email delivery provider, Resend. Our email and job management systems are provided by third-party providers. Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia. We only share what is needed for them to provide their service to us.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@domogroup.com.au.
